i'd have the NSX from HELL in my driveway if i was rich, just to stay loyal. i'd pimp out my 91 to perfection, keep a mercedes S600 for daily driving, bugatti 16/4 veyron for nights on the town.

keep my 89 and get it 100 percent perfect (body kit, interior 100%, H22 turbo'd, CF hood, lower it more :D and get some nice rims, paint it with a nice color, maybe a multi colour or dark blue metalic or pearl :D)

then i'd have a Lambourghini Mercialago (SP) Rolls, Big body Benz with 20 inch bling blings all done 2 perfection inside and out, Ferrari F50 and a Diablo SV :D

Also, i'd go for a Toyota Supra TT :D
done up as much as she can go puttin out as much hp as possible :D

the only way i would get a 4g honda, if it had like under 10k miles on the body, and was mechanically perfect. but really i would probaly stay away from them all together.

i would definitely pimp out a white S2000, with red and black interior, supercharged and built for some serious road course action.

then i would complete my 88 hatch, with custom everything, as i always dreamed, with a turbocharged b20vtec (not CRV block, but bored and sleeved b18c block). also painted white to match the S2000, with tons of carbonfiber parts, and lots of suede in the interior. every single piece of suspension highly polished and clean, with no undercoating on anything. and to top it all off, being a car from the 80s means i gotta have video gameage from the 80s, so that means an NES, 4 score adapter, and a control on each seat. and a custom holster for the NES zapper, with R.O.B. chillin on the passenger side. and my 300 games in the hatch. WERD

oh wait, im already building that!! guess i gotta go finish it so itll be a reality.

For those that don't know, Delorians have a stainless steel skin. if it get's dented you have a few choices 1. replace the body panel 2. fill it with body fill and paint the WHOLE car to match. tapping out the dent is not a popular option because of the finish on the car.

as far as I know all delorians had stainless steel skin so if you see a painted one chanses are it got some bodywork done in the past.

To answer your questions, no Delorean was ever painted from the factory. I bought the Delorean painted, and it had a perfect body before it was painted. The previous owner thought it would look better black, so he spent $5,500 on the paint, and it looks so damn good in person it's unbelievable. And lastly, factory Deloreans had 130hp, so they're pretty weak in the speed department, but due to the Lotus designed chassis, the sucker takes corners like crazy.

dude im totally not calling you BS but I have an extrememly hard time believing you had/have a delorean, any pics with you or at your house etc.? if i had a delorean i would definetely have pics its a rare car, if i saw someone mobbing a delorean around town :eek2: i wouldnt believe my eyes. How much did it cost, do u still have, why did u sell, how much did u sell....
