What's the name of (Cooling Sys)...?

While working on the head gasket and other gaskets changes at the same time I broke the quick disconnect fitting below the temperature sensor. It's almost directly above the exhaust crossover pipe. It's the only thing that was leaking after doing the top engine rebuild. I have a 92 v6 engine with ac if that helps. The fitting connects to the heater pipe at the other end. I haven't seen the part in either my Haynes manual or Advance auto parts or Autozone web sites. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I went to Advance Auto and got another one and installed it yesterday but I didn't have time to check if it leaks bacause I had to go to work. Today I went out and the new one leaks also. I have always had trouble with with these type of fittings. I am going to pull it back off again and get a different connector preferably a screw in kind or one from some other vehicle that I can use a clamp on. Thanks again.

that is the heater hose quick connector if you already changed it ehn something else may be wrong with the hose.the GM part # 24503681 is available from Dorman which you can buy at any auto parts store part #800-401

Found a regular heater hose connector / with the heater pipe attached to it off of a 89-90 beretta. It is the screw on type and installed it today. It doesn't leak. Like I said before I have always had trouble getting the quick connects to seal. I don't know why they had to change something that works. I think that the pipe is smaller than what they give me to replace the connector or else the o-ring is a shade to small in the connector. Any how thanks for the name of the part.
