Try replacing your downstream HO2 oxygen sensor.

i checked the downstream sensor and it was reading fine. it was on 8 and the sensor was not going up and down all the time so it was steady on 8, the sensor is working ok. anymore ideas please? cheers dave.

Do you know what the codes mean exactly? And what do you mean 8. Because normally an O2 sensor's midway is 450 mV and if fluctuates up and down. 8 mV is too rich and 800mV is too lean.

The codes are as follows
P0460 - Fuel tank level sensor
P0454 - Evaporative emissions (EVAP) pressure sensor
P0420 - Catalytic converter bank 1 Efficency below limit
The law of averages would proberbly point to the fault being the Lambda probe.
I doubt the first 2 are any concern. Its not uncommon to get Phantom faults within the fault codes.
