Maual to Auto (Windows - Chev Cavalier), how-to-do?

I have just bought a manual Chev Cav door for my car (a manual sprocket set up) but my car was previously automatic (power) and I can see there are some issues. I see that there is a sprocket of some sort with the new door but looking at my old (damaged) door I can see that I have to do some things. Anyone done it? Any pointers?
