89 Fuel cell

Ok so what i want to do is get a fuel cell like a 10 or 15 gal but mount it in some what the stock location. Im going to be cutting the spare wheel well out and i want to use the stock fill spout. Im not sure on how make the mounts. any good ideas. thanks
