89 Voyager Valve Train 3.0L

Went junkyardin' to replace a cracked head. Noticed that the replacement head had OEM roller-style rocker arms, while the originals are OEM mechanical. Does anyone know if these two types are fully interchangeable? i.e. - could I upgrade to roller-rockers while using my original cams?
