02 Explorer power window regulator

Has anyone tried replacing this themselves? The driver side regulator in my wifes Explorer is jammed and the window is stuck down. I can do some basic mechanic work but this type of job scares me a little. Any tips/suggestions would be appreciated. Also, are there any special tools needed? Thanks in advance!
