Rear control arms bent

Hi guys! So, I've been trying for a while to find rear control arms for my 2001 3.4L. Any suggestions? I can hardly find any info on this, though I know they are fairly simple to replace, I don't wanna go to the dealer and get jipped!

Also, if you have any how-to's on replacing them as well as the front outer tie rod ends, that'd be great!

I'm also aware of the fact that I'll need an alignment after they are replaced....

This last winter i hit a curb , and by hit i mean DRILLED. i bent the shit out of my RF control arm, and not to mention smashed my RF foglight and the housing. well my car WOULD not drive straight, so i took it to a local shop and he found the part for me used. Unfortunetly i dont remember the price. I think it was about 300 for part and labor.
