Engine won't idle!

Back for more! 96 Mustang gt 4.6 78000km 5 speed- When the car is at idle either in neutral or at a stop light with the clutch depressed the rpm will jump up and down and eventually die out and on the highway i can feel it bogging! had check engine light- scanned said either maf or o2 sensor-my question is would that cause the idle prob or could it be something else?

I would check the TP sensor. Watch the ohms as you move the accelerator.
