Mg won't start

1979 1500 Stromberg. I flooded the car when I was driving. Found out the fuel pump was bad, New fuel pump rebuilt Carb, and choke. Now it won't start. Keeps flooding. Tried setting the choke no help. Can't figure it out. Ant ideas? Spark appears to good. But plugs always wet.
