I Have A Sho That Just Quits (like You Turned The Key Off), After A But It Restarts As If Nothing Happened. Started It The Othere Day To Come Home, Went 2 Miles And Died(at 60mph), Towed Back To Office And Tried 2 Days Later....got A Half Mile Further. Any Ideas Where To Start.....had The Control Mod Replaced This Spring And It Did It Twice Right After, Took It Back To Shop And They Couldnt Find Anything. Been Fine All Summer Till Now (now It Has Been Sitting For 2 Days And Now Wont Start At All). OPPS.....title says 98....it should say 89(forgot spellcheck, lol)

It was somewhat common on the V6 SHO for the water pump to leak onto the Crankshaft Position Sensor (CKP) and cause it to stall the engine and not restart.
Which control module did you replace, the Ignition Control Module of the Powertrain Control Module?
When it starts does it run smoothly or is it rough with a lack of power?

I had a simliar problem with my SHO, and the thread above is correct, BUT it can also be a bad camshaft sensor. In mine - I would be driving along, the CE light would come on, my tach would wig out, and then the car would just die. Pull it over, wait a few minutes, it would start again. It may not happen for a few weeks, then it was the same all over again. I changed the crankshsft sensor at first, and thought I had it, but it came back. It ended up as the camshaft sensor, you can get it at autozone for about 30 bucks, located on the passenger side of the engine, back bank. After I changed this, no more codes, no more strange failures.
