01 Alero starting problem

I have an 01 alero 3.4.
After i've driven my car for awhile it's hard to start. It cranks and cranks and then I have to press on the gas to get it to start. What does this sound like? I'm wondering if it's the tps sensor.

How many miles do you have on it? How old is the fuel filter? Check the fuel pressure to make sure it is in specs.

180,000 on body, third motor that has been put in it. ok, thanks
