Building an AWD

Hi!
I am trying to build an AWD spaceframe sports car using 3SGTE GT-4 engine from a 2005 Caldina, front suspension and transmision from 1997 Celica and rear suspension from 2005 Rav4, the final drive ratios being the same 2.929 for both these vehicles.
However I would prefer to use rear suspension from a late model Supra but worried about mismatch ratios of the tranny and differential. Could someone please advise how to fix the mismatch. (I do have some structural engineering background).
