My 2000 LX Focus hesitates real bad in the morning when the car is cold. As soon as it warms up the problem goes away. I have some ideas but dont want to start replacing parts. I already replaced the DPFE sensor. I dont know if its something with the EGR system or something else. Please help.

Welcome to AF!
Most likely you have a vacuum leak. Fords adapt very nicely to vacuum leaks once they warm up. The next most likely thing is a bad heated Oxygen Sensor.
