Rear windows don't operate. Plus no heat passenger seat.

Both rear quarter windows don't operate? Check the fuse?
If the fuse is good, you need to check for continuity of power to the window motors with a test light and the switch on at the same time.
No heat, pass. seat: check the wiring under the seat (for power) and/or switch.
