ABS Stalling Engine?

Trouble here. Having a problem with the abs and brake sensor lights in my dash board coming on and then stalling out my engine while im on the highway. I have noticed that my headlights flicker so im thinking that there is a short in the electrical system somewhere. I have a 1995 3.1 engine with 81000 miles on it.
