5.9 motor noise

sounds like lifter noise from the 6 and 8 , have change all lifters, pushrods, install a high volume pump,new cap/button, plugs and wires, try reslone, lucus stabalizer, still tapping?????????????

i'm taken it that the vehicle runs fine...is the noise only at idle, in gear, etc....
