fan does not blow on high,all other speeds work fine. 1997 grandam se also appears that air wants to blow out of vents and the floor and wont change over.This happened all happened at the same time

Scott, do a search on this board for "blower motor" and you'll find a lot of info.
This could be the fuse in the passenger compartment for the blower motor "high" or it could be a relay problem.
I'm having the same problem on my 96 and there's a looong thread about it within the last week or so.
