I have the typical oil light flicker and have replaced the oil pressure sensor which didn't correct the problem. There has been an update to a t.s.b. as to replacing the entire connector. Does anyone have instructions as to how to wire this new connector? There are 2 orange wires and 2 purple wires but only 2 terminal cavaties.
Thanks.
Thanks.

install a vent wire, or you can remove the oil pressure switch, there will be a white plug next to the wire for the switch, remove that and install a terminal with a wire, just tie strap the wire anywhere.....what is happening is the oil pressure switch uses the wire to vent when the oil pressure switch leaks it cant vent the pressure due to the oil build up and the switch turns the light on...

I already have the new connector which includes new wiring. I was concerned that because the wires are different sizes that there would be a right and wrong way to connect it. Any ideas?

the wire size is not that critical i would use the 2 smaller ones, the main thing is to connect the wire from the harness to the switch terminal
