electrical problem

i have no heater control it just comes out everywhere. the blower fan will go up to high but wont shut off completely. I also lost my speedometer and odometer. My headlight work but had to unplug the dinger cuz it would ding the whole time the light were on. please help

Maybe something wrong with the hvac controller? As far as your speedometer, you might want to check the VSS. To get at it, you raise and safely support the vehicle, remove right front tire. It could be a problem with the wiring circuit instead of the sensor, got to start somewhere.
