Troubleshooting 94 Continential PCM

Any way to confirm a bad PCM on my 94 Continential using a multimeter?
The car won't start. I've hot wired the fuel pump & it works, have good pressure @ the fuel rail with the pump running. I have spark, the car starts with starting fluid.
Power & ground to the PCM check out O.K.
Any other sensors/inputs I can verify?
Am only able to find a new PCM from NAPA for $280.00, mine has a F30F code.
I'd like to confirm a bad PCM before spending the funds, as this is just my winter driver.
Thanks

Got my problem figured out, it was a bad Constant Control Relay Module. I had good chassis power, but did not have the 2nd power curcuit going into the PCM. Also, I had no power to the fuel pump.

Glad to see your problem resolved. Any tips for the next guy with a similar no start condition? Pin numbers for the fuel pump or the primary and secondary powers to the PCM?

PCM pins; Pin #1 was battery power, I had that O.K.
Pin#57 was vehicle power, that I didn't have.
Grounds are;
Pin# 40 & #60
On the Relay Module, power out to PCM;
Pin # 24, Red.
The power out from the Relay Module also powers up the fuel pump from the PCM, so don't always assume you have a bad fuel pump. I almost dropped my tank on that one.

Thanks for the rundown. I had to diagnose a bad PCM in a Grand Caravan and it was bear, until someone sent me the Pin numbers and their uses. Took 5 minutes after that. The computer wasn't firing the fuel pump either. I'm betting someone will benefit from your description. Thanks again.
