Hello again, just thought I could get some idea why my blower fan don't work.. at all. It's in a 92 SE with the 3.3. Is there a way to tell if it's the switch or could it be something else??

check HTR AC fuse (25A)

then find relay with (Dark Blue, Purple, Black and Orange wires) disconnected relay then jump 12V to purple terminal of the relay connector see if the blower works now. If yes motor is OK, if not motor is bad.

then
- ignition key ON
-select mode (heater)
-blower switch to (low)
-disconnect blower fan relay
- are you getting any voltage on the dark blue terminal of the relay connector?

If no power at all I would bet that there is 12Vdc is missing from the Orange wire which is B+. I would measure the voltage on the orange wire. If it is missing check fuses.

orange is powered only when there the switch is set to high
dark blue will show some voltage in all other speed settings.

If you are really good with this and want to play with this step by step then do this.

there is brown wire connecting behind the hvac control assembly Cavity C should have battery voltage with key in run position. if not then you have bad fuse or open in between fuse and cavity c. If you get battery voltage at cavity c, you should also get battery voltage at cavity E, durring foloving mode selections (MAX, NORM, B1, Vent, Heater, Blend and Def)

the Realy, or the control cluster is bad. Ive seen lots of the 90's grand ams do this.

I feel embarrassed to say what the problem was......no fuse in the fuse panel. Installed one and works great!
