1999 RAV4 Cruise Control and clock - no Power

It appears that I've lost power to my clock and cruise control. User's manual doesn't list a fuse for cruise control. It lists a couple fuses for clock but those appear to be OK. Can someone tell me which fuse is for cruise control or suggest what else might be wrong? Thanks
