95 impreza 1.8,

Hay guys, Was wondering if anyone can give me a quick walkthrough on how to get the code off my 95 impreza. i just learned by taking it to autozone to get them to pull the codes for me, that my 95 impreza doesnt have a plug for getting codes. some how im suppose to cross some wires or something under dash to get them to flash with the engine light.

Can somone walk me throught he steps in doing this. I dont feel like blowing fuses and making more problems for myself.

" car starts after about 4 tries, feels like it not getting fuel only after sitting all night." after running for a bit, runs mint rest of day. Something to do with cold starts, and or a sensor keeping it from getting enough gas in the morning." or after long periods of sitting." engine light on. not completly confident in messing with the wires without a walkthrough.

Any help be nice. thanks.

willy.

That is a GM OBD1 connector, not a Subaru connector.

Legacy procedure for reading codes:

You may have to find a table of Impreza OBD1 codes after you pull what the car says.
