yup... my first car kit...... pretty bored building gunpla and motorcycle kit... so i decided to build a car.... i choose FXX because it looks nice and more importantly it has engine:iceslolan too see... okay lets start
the kit

starting to re-wiring the engine....i got the aluminium foil from cigarette box :grinyes:

engine are completed.... added more wires....and for the blue tube... i used 1,5mm tube and paint it with silver then clear blue.....

the dashboard... SMS CF decal are beeng used

i cut the original disc and change it with PE disc

yup... i know that red is been a trade mark for ferrari... but this time i decided to paint it black..... the reason is... i had already seen to much red ferrari :lol2:
painted with Gloss black and Clear coated with BLINKEN PU paint

The black paint looks slick, Im with ya... there are way to many red. Love the engine also!

if you dont mind me asking, what did you use for the braided fittings? solder wire and styrene rods looks like?

the fitting made from 1.5mm brass pipe.... and yup styrene rods...

BTW the fittings are sweet, i might have to use some of your pics as reference if you dont mind.

thanks.... i used SMS on the door.....but for the wheel wells i used KA twill carbon pattren....
