3.1 v6 bottom motor mount location

got a 92 grand prix se 3.1 and i need to find the bottom motor mount. could anybody possibly help me with this

i found the mount but give up on getting it out. is there anything i could spray in the mount to stop the enin from sliding when going into park and reverse?

just lower the passenger side of the subframe. The mount isn't the easiest thing to change, but it can be done.

There is no band-aid "spray on" fix to my knowledge aside from welding the sucker together.

what is the best way to replacing the motor mount?
