Lifter clicking / seafom?

So, I just read in some thread that seafoam will get rid of the clicking caused by a lifter? (Had my intake plenum melt, and coolant got it, so I fixed that and new plugs, think they did the oil, pretty sure anyways, but this was months ago.) Anyways, I still have the whole can. 1/3 gas, 1/3 oil (followed by an oil change right away), 1/3 break vacuum line is the plan. Plan is 1/3 in gas, then fill. 1/3 into oil, then start it and brake vacuum the other 1/3. Let it sit for 10 minutes, then start er', drive it til' the smoke is pretty much gone, and take it in for an oil change. I'm wondering about if it can do anything for the clicking, or if it could really fuck things up more... (already had to replace the engine, then the plenum on the new engine...........) Thoughts, ideas? also, I was wondering, would a) I need to change my fuel filter/ spark plugs after this? and b) will it much anything up like rings?

So even after all that work you still have the ticking? What brand oil filter was used? Seafoam acts as a moisture absorber and that includes old residual coolant in the crankcase but it won't help if too much coolant is still in the crankcase. Were the LIM gaskets replaced?

No clue on the filter, go to Minekee for the changes. As for the gaskets, think they replaced whatever came with the plenum, and only that + the spark plugs.
