Bolt Pattern and Spacing Question

Does anyone know where I might be able to find the bolt spacing and pattern for a 1970 Thunderbird (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/#)? I am wanting to put new rims and tires on the car, but I don't know the afore mentioned.
