1999 ford mustang

First my brake lights dont work and my car wont come out of park unless I put the hazards on. It's like my hazards are taking place of my brakes because I dont have to depress the brakes to come out of park once they are on. Do anyone know what the cause of this could be?

check your brake pedel switch or poss brake fuse
