Hi gang,
I'll be replacing the noise maker tires soon on the wife's Liberty.
Any recommend on tires that are quiet?

I hate to state the obvious, but it all depends on application and intended use. If you are on-road all the time, go for a regular passenger car tire, all season may be best. They are almost always quieter than the light truck or mild all-terrain tire that SUV's come with.
If you want to stick with a more versatile mild all-terrain tire, I use the Uniroyal Laredo Cross Country tire. (http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_09549593000P?vName=Automotive&cName=Tires&sName=All%20Tires&psid=FROOGLE01&sid=IDx20070921x00003a)
They are quiet, smooth, have decent traction in everything except real mud, and are inexpensive.
Yeah, I know they are Uniwobbles, but they're pretty durable.

Thanks MagicRat,
I did some research and found some folks happy with their Cooper CS4 Touring tires. Since I run Cooper Discoverer ATR on my truck and daughter's truck, Im familiar with the mfg.
I bought these things and all the tire noises are gone. They work very well on snow but I'm not going off road to test them...I'd probably get stuck.
Again, thanks.
