Drivers side rear window stop working , just stoped. Is there something to check besides the fuse. Do i just need to replace the whole assembly, motor and all. I think this is called the regulator.

Welcome to the forum!
Have you tried both the switch on the driver's door as well as the switch at the rear door? Do you hear any noises when trying the switches such as a motor briefly trying to run? Can you help the window along by hand, indicating the regulator is not holding the window tight? If you have a car door open in a dark area, then try the window does the interior light dim?
Chances are pretty good it's a regulator, but you should check the items above if you want to be really sure versus shotgunning a part you may not need.
If you hear absolutely no noise when trying the window and you cannot move the window by hand at all, plus it doesn't cause the lights to dim, even briefly when trying the switch, it might be a wiring, FEM or DDM issue.
You could also pull the rear door panel, unplug the motor, and check for voltage at the motor connector. The process for replacing window regulators has been posted here before, try searching the forum.
