94 jetta2.0 no spark cel on

I have a 94 jetta it has power going to the new coil but nothing coming out. The cel (check engine light) is on. I have a new distributer, wires, and coil. I cannot figure out what else can be the problem. Any suggestions?

Check the hall Amp. mounted on the ECU. that might go Bad or even a bad wire to the Hall Sensor in the Distributor. These things might work out to fix the problem.
