95 GTP 3.4 left turn engine issue???

I have a 95 GTP 3.4 with 145K. Recently I have been having an intermittent issue when turning left the engine will flutter and quit running. Typically when this has happened I put it neutral and it will restart. The last time or two I have had to pull over, sometimes it restarts and sometimes it doesn't. CPS? Fuel issue ?? Help. Thanks.
