snorkel

i was wondering how i would go about building a snorkel for my 85 that has a carbarator. and also what if eny parts will interchange or worth using from a 76 j 10 pickup to a 85 cherokee?

As far as the stuff from the '75 being usable, it probably can be but would take a lot of modification....anything can be made to fit - somehow.

yeah i like that snorkel but how could i go about sealing to a carbarator theres like zero hood clearance and i dont have a base to clamp a hose or something around like a throttle body.

I've seen replacement hoods online (forget where) that have a raised center section that would allow what I think you're talking about.
