'96 bonneville windshield wiper motor

So I replaced my windshield wiper motor, and the new one didn't have the little black electrical thingy already installed, so I transferred it over, but now all it does is just click. The ball crank does not go all the way around , and I can't figure it out. I know where the problem is, I just don't know how it's supposed to go...

Please help? I hate when things don't work...
