1997 blowing ignition fuse

3.2 V6 Auto 2wd.
Engine just cranks with no intention of starting. With the key on (not to the point of turning over) it blows the 15 amp fuse in the dash panel as soon as it touches the socket.
In my previous post I thought I fried the ECM and dropped another one in. This is my only transportation and I really need to get it going.
