I have the B&G suspension kit (not coliovers) on my p10 , which is B&G shocks and B&G lowering springs. My car rides great, perfect progressive spring rate for the street, shocks are valved perfectly. Nothing but good things to say about B&G, what can you say about one of Europe's oldest and largest suspension firms. Everything is made in Sweden or Netherlands, high quality street springs that I would recommend to anyone for a street set up.

how would these compare to Eibach springs ride-wise? also has anyone ever heard of APEX (not APEX'I) sport springs? and hows the ride on these?

Never had Eibachs on my P10, but I have had them on other cars. The only eibach springs I will ever buy are the ERS straight springs. So all in all street springs from Eibach are rated very low in my opinion. I have heard of Apex, never experienced their product first hand. I think they are made in the Netherlands.
I think someone should collect spring rate info from the aftermarket tuners for our cars. Find out the progressive rate and then the linear one.... This is a good way to compare springs for performance and ride quality. This is the main reason true coilovers are so versatile, you can play with spring rates....
