the first will be 400 shipped and the other 600. of course i like the reclining but the bucket ones r so much more cheaper, im gonna get belts regardless. and i had a good idea to get the bride logo material, and apply it to the door panel inserts, center of the backseats, and maybe glove box or pass airbag cover. i dunno yet tho. anywho what do yall think of the seats. i have the dark grey interior....i wish it were tan....

If going with aftermarket seats you want the reclining feature. Also do NOT get harnesses unless you have a cage.
I hope you also realize these seats are not going to just bolt right up. They are going to require fabrication of $150 each aftermarket sliders

Seems like a lot for seats... I was thinking Summit Racing had some without any ridiculous logos on them and they were around 150 a piece and could recline... Like Stealthee said too, your def gonna need mounting brackets for em. A buddy and I made some mounts for his seats but it was entirely too much work in the long run I think. Just lettin ya know in case your the DIY kind of person.

go with recaros. Im thinking about getting some for my wife for christmas. They are an option in the Ralliarts, and they're comfy as hell! also fully adjustable.
Wonder how easily those would bolt in? maybe mitsu shares mounting patterns between models?
But yea definitely go with something that reclines

Wont just bolt in because floor pans are different.

The slider is extra, and the only slider that is known to work well is over $100 for ONE.
Get the seats you want. The Brides are definitely NICE.

Hate to tell you but the "universal sliders" that come with the Brides are not universal.
There is only ONE set of sliders people have been able to make work properly and thats the Corbeau's. They are listed as $99.89 each from IPS.
EDIT: Read this thread. It talks about a minor modification that needs done to the Corbeaus

yea i hear ya. i think ime just get the brides and some fabric. take out the backseats. to the door panel inserts with the bride material, and the floor in the bride to. ive seen a silvia on youtube withe the floor done and it looks sick. i cant just connect to harnesses to the chassis under the back seat directly???

This has been covered extensively. #1 there has to be a proper angle on how the harnesses attach. #2 you do NOT want a harness without a cage. With a harness you are not able to move. In the event of a rollover you are fucked and will either get your head crushed or break your neck. With a stock 3 point seatbelt inertia will allow your body to fall off to the side out of the way of the crushing in roof.

I would make a suggestion as I've been faced with this dilemma for a while now. I needed seats for the other car and I had decided on Corbeau. I like their seats and they're local for me. However, $800 for seats plus over $200 for rails, plus fabrication on my part.
Instead I spent $400 shipped for a pair of seats from an SRT-4. They are almost identical to Viper seats. Bolstered perfect, no logos, no holes for harnesses, and they're pretty comfortable. No all I need is some slight fabrication. I'm going to be buying another pair for the Stealth soon.
