Congratulations you've done a very good job with a difficult kit. Dou you have more finished pictures of it?

Very nice build photos! Any more images of the piano hinged doors and do they work well in fully opening and closing?

Thanks for all the comments.
There are about a dozen finished angles at the end of my build diary-fotki album (http://hot-wheels.fotki.com/model-projects/mclarenm8b/).
The piano hinges are functional however there is some near zero angle binding that prevents then from fully closing although they open a full 180 just fine. Since it is not possible to put the rear body section on for all the wing bracing this will be permanently on display with body off and door panels raised as in this pic.
Thanks again,
Jay

Absolutely stunning model of a hard kit.
I am wondering though about the angle of attack of the rear wing? It would seem that the front edge should be lower than the rear?
You build gallery is inspirational.

I had noticed that myself during the photo session. It was not near as obvious in hand. I have since corrected this. It was a pretty simple fix to shorten two support rods.
Thanks for the comments.

Looks superb, will have to look at your build diary, shame you cannot display with all the panels on too.

Probably an easy correction, but you may have installed backwards, which would be easy to do!
