i want to know whether spark plugs are used in EFI engines ?

Yes, spark plugs are used in Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI) engines. About the only automotive engines you won't find spark plugs in are diesel engines. And of course cars that are pure electric vehicles with electric motors will not use spark plugs either.

yes all efi and carb engine use spark plugs accept diesels they use glow plugs

Just to clarify, glow plugs are used just to get a diesel engine started. When running, the diesel uses the heat provided by very high compression, in place of a spark, to ignite the fuel.
Also, most larger industrial and commercial diesels do not have glow plugs at all. Glow plugs are most common on most (but not all) smaller displacement diesel engines.
