I can't seem to find an answer, my wife had AMSOIL 0W-20 in her Expedition and now I want to change it back to factory Weight synthetic, its a 2004 w/ 95000 on it, will it damage the engine?

No. If you use a synthetic oil in the grade or weight that Ford recommends, you will be fine.

Some people have found that higher-mileage engines sometimes start leaking oil when they are changed to a synthetic oil, other people have not had leaks.

Agree with MagicRat. There will be no damage from changing the oils.
