My daughter has 1999 Jetta
I've replace the 02 sensor after the cat twice
each time it put the check engine light out
then the light would come on when it got wet
I would erase the code and it would come back again when it got wet
now the car has a loss of power when cold and the light is on again
and it is setting P)715 and p0303 in addition to the other codes
I have replaced the speed sensor once before
I'm thinking I need to replace the catalitic converta next
the car has well over 200000 miles
Is there a way to check the catalitic converta or should I take a chance and just replace it?
Thanks for any help you can give me

The P0440 is related to P0303. I would fix P0303 before doing any of the other services. This code is more than likely the # 3 ignition coil pack. If your coil pack has a unseen crack, when it rains moister finds it's way into the pack and causes problems until it dries out.

If you could tell me more about your episodes. Check engine light numbers and drivability. Your ABS light could be related to your brake light switch malfunctioning, ABS begining to fail or brake fliud temp to high from not having it changed regularly.
