96 monte 3.1L Cruise control doesnt work

When I got my car back from having the transmission replaced my cruise control didn't work. My first thought was a vac line was left off but the cruise control unit appears to be electronic instead of vacuum powered and as far as I can tell it's all hooked up. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could fix this?

Check to see if your brake lights work, just the bottom 2 cuz the 3rd brake light is wired seperate. If the bottom 2 don't work or work intermittenly and yer blinker/blinkers act funny, it's probably the turn signal switch. These Monte's are a killer for this problem. If this isn't the case I'd just check fuses, relays, and wire plugs. That's all I got for ya....
