Honda no gas

1994 Honda accord, have power to gas gage but no power to pump. Fuse under dash is o.k . . . . Is there another fuse somewhere else? Can it be a another problem?

Look for a fuel pump relay then hold your finger on top and have some one else try to start. If the relay doesn't click replace. Try using a fan relay for test purposes. If it starts buy a new relay.
