Just wanted to pass along a cool story about SMS...I had purchased two SMS PE sets from an online retailer and when i received them, one of them was missing a small little second fret. I emailed SMS and within a few hours they had responsed saying that they already mailed out a replacement fret! Now that is what I call customer service!

Had a similar problem with a detail set from the CLK-GTR. They called, made the situation right and all is well! They made a customer in me by doing what they did.
