SPEC V VS. Neon R/T

I just bought this wonderful piece of machinery....quickly put 950 miles ont it and me and my bro decided it was time....hes got a 98 Neon R/T with an ice man intake and underdrive pulley thats it....I am running bone stock...those cars are pretty damn even...I swallowed his ass of the Line but 4th gear he started pullin on me until we hit 5th I was gone....we got to about 135mph and we were dead nuts even....I couldnt dare come back here being beatin by a neon...I know they are quick with minimal bolt ons but damn.....:bloated: ......then another friend joined in he had 1.8 SOHC Neon...sorry guys he caved my doors in with his back draft....hes got headers, ECU, enhanced throttle body, and ice man....and about 800lbs lighter....so i didnt feel to bad....:finger: but someone better get friggin serious about some badass mods for my spec-v or im gonna get pissed..hehehehee... the new SI typr r is coming with 192 HP i dont know how much torque but I Hate hondas i wanna eat... Keepem revvin and safe....

800 lbs lighter eh? So that would put it at about 1900lbs, thats a damn light car ;)

Why do you want more serious mods to come out for your car when you don't even have any of the stuff that is out now? Just curious

JWT will soon have an ecu (supposedly for turbo only), cams, low and high compression pistons, and a turbo kit. So just hold on, there will be plenty out soon enough

the cars is but a week old....mods will be all over the sweetheart....just waiting for the paychecks....hehehehhe.....nah...neon ia 2100 lbs now...sick though.....

Man I would seriously fear the srt-4 neon
that thing does 0-60 in 5.7 seconds and the quarter mile in 14.2(according to automobile magazine)

The r/t is different from the srt-4, the srt is turbo, and with a good driver can hit a 13.9 stock. The r/t runs about a 16 flat.

15.7 stock for the r/t with a bad ass driver...but man those neons respond to bolt-ond...especially the 1.8liter....the srt-4 is just friggin nasty...it was either the spec-v or the srt-4 ...i just hate neons...
