so just curiosity if you install an adjustable cam gear and adjust it, it will set a p1390 code? if so how do you get around this

he means stock cam. no need for a gear on a stock cam.
no codes will show.

thats just it thou p1390 is crank / cam not in sequence nad thats the code i get

so you just replaced the gear and now you have a code? is it running any different

also i know your getting a p1390. but do the keydance and see what the code number is

cars not here right now but yeah its got a bit more low end power (almost broke the tires loose with an auto)

i ment is it running like it has a problem. if your crank and cam were not sequenced i would think it wouldnt be running properly.
