This was a quick build to get me going again. Its a arii kit, fitment was okay. Sort of almost like a older revell, some pieces fit some don't. The decals on the other hand were aweful, once i soaked them in water for a minute they broke up into pieces. I managed to salvage what i could.
Mainly Out of box, only additions were braided hoses, aluminum tubes on the muffler tips, and bmf. I painted it with pure white TS and Bright red TS, which did not match the decal red at all. A little weathering on chasis.
I highly don't recomend these kits, unless its a basic car with hardly any decals. Onto the pics:

You have made a good job of this kit. I have done the 1:32 Arii Datsun 240Z and have this Skyline to do too. On both kits I think the wheels that they come with are a bit rubbish and on the Datsun that I built I used Scalextric/Hornby Minilite/Watnabe type wheels which seemed to be more in scale in terms of width and diameter.

I never knew these kits existed. Despite the troubles listed, I think the end result is still really good!

I think you have actually made a pretty good job of it considering its scale and heritage!
It's a sweet looking car and would be quite tempting if I were into that kind of subject. The side-by-side with the 1/24 Xanavi GTR is awesome LOL

Looks great, and it's even more amazing when you put it alongside a 1/24 scale car! Good job!
