Definatley pay more money to get the best header that you can. Do some research on the internet before you purcahse one too.. I think DC is pretty industry standard so to speak when it comes to D series motors. Its a header that will give reasonable gains for a reasonable price.
Hondas stock exhaust manifolds are really quite efficent, so sometimes with cheaper headers there are little to no gains to be found. Some just have a bad design, and thats something that can't just be made cheap just so the company can sell them cheap.
Do I even make sense?
Buy a more expensive header. CAI isn't really as important. Just make sure its made of a good thick metal, not cheap and tinny.. And make sure you get one with a good air filter. K&N.

Try to get one that ceramic coated, helps with rust and keep temperatures down.
