Front Seat Noise in a 2008 T4R Limited

The driver's seat in my 2008 4Runner recently started to make creaking and popping noises at about 18,000 miles. There is a TSB on it and I took it to the dealership to have it performed last week. It was not successful in stopping the noise. I've been told by the dealership's service department that "almost all" and "the majority" of 4Runners have this same problem and that I'll just have to deal with it because there really isn't anything that they can do to fix it.

I find this unacceptable. I paid almost $40k for this vehicle and I'm being told that I'm expecting too much to have a quiet comfrtable ride. After all, it's a Toyota and all I should care about is its "safety and reliability". I should be satisfied that it gets me safely from point A to point B.

So, do all of your 4Runners have this same problem with the front seat? If so, what year model is it and about at what mileage did it start? Were you ever able to fix it? If so, HOW?
